The purpose of this website is to facilitate Muslim responses to the various mendacious polemics and distortions of Islam by the Christian missionaries and their anti-Islamic allies that are being spread over the Internet.

I was surfing PPS and found your post. It was nicely written so I hope we can discuss in a logical debate, OK?

Firstly, all of us (Christians or Muslims) were not born in that era. The guidance and faith reinforced in us are through our Holy Books. We are not first hand witnesses, our Holy Books are what we have to go on. Therefore, the legitimacy of the source of our knowledge is of utmost importance, agree? In fact, most if not all of your 60 questions are derived from questioning the source.

1. The deity of Jesus. Much has been debated about JEsus. Is he a prophet or is he the 'claimed' son of God? Jesus claimed in His own words, He is the Son of God. That is something blaspherous if it is untrue. Moses and other prophets never made that claim. We can therefore only come to 2 conclusion... either Jesus is a liar, or he is telling the truth. The Quran called him a prophet, Jesus called himself God. The Quran of course denied His claim as he is only known to be a prophet. If you think about it, that's contradictory. Isn't it pure blasphemy for someone to make claim he is God if it is untrue? I guess you cannot have it both ways.. either Jesus is a liar or he is who he claimed he is.

Wait, someone is bound to say, "gee, Jesus never made that claim... it's probably made up by one of those guys in the New Testament..along with the resurrection and his ascension to heaven "

The first NT gospel Mark was written AD 60. In conclusion, all the gospels (not to be confused with the bible, OK?)were written between 30 - 60 years after the death of Jesus. The resurrection account is not personal, it is purportedly witnessed by many. If, this is a scam, it has to be a big risk circulating the gospel when it is within the lifetime of the many witnesses. Why? It can be easily refuted. Take for example the events at Pentecost in Book of Acts which was written around AD60. There were around 3000 present who were still alive to refute its claim if it's just the author's (Luke) imagination.

If we are talking about legitimacy in a logical way, we have to take in account there were on the other hand no witness account on the Prophet Muhammad's revelation from God nor is there miraculous sign to certify anything. Contrast that with the early followers of Jesus, their claims are public events. These things happened outside their minds, not just in their minds.

If we were to accuse the early Christians of fabrication, one would have to come up with an answer WHY? Paul and the other apostles never gained anything in a materialistic sense. Neither are they politically motivated with invading armies. They were persecuted and most died not peacefully of old age. (except John)What do they have to gain for lying about seeing Christ resurrected? People will die for their religious beliefs if they believe they're true, but people won't die for religous beliefs when they know their beliefs are false.

Lastly, many argue about the inconsistency of the gospel account. If there is any conspiracy, I would have to say unlikely. When you talk about witness account, you know something is amiss when all accounts are perfectly aligned and correspond beautifully with one another. Ask 7 people who witness the same events to write about it and not consult one another, what are the chances of them corroborating each other without missing a beat? Only when it's tutored.

http://www.myrannat.com/isgod/wesam.php The following testimonies from reputable standard authorities show that the claim that "Jesus is God" and that the Bible teaches a Trinitarian Godhead is more an exercise in propaganda than actual fact.

- CHRIST IN ISLAM : Read about Jesus Christ, on how he occupies a high place in the House of Islam. This online book also serves to restore the humanness of Jesus, and renounce his deification. Once again, with solid proofs from the Bible itself. http://www.jamaat.net/cis/ChristInIslam.html

- Marriage of Christians' God !!!! : Biblical Jesus who will marry his Bride Christ (the Christian Church) at the Wedding Supper of the Lamb "Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come and his wife hath made herself ready." - Revelation. 19:7

There were/is no Christians thing , its invented way after jesus(pbuh) depaterted

The word "Christian" was first mentioned by a pagan to describe those who followed Jesus. It is mentioned one of three times in the New Testament by a pagan and Jew in Antioch about 43 AD, (Acts 11:26, Acts 26:38 and 1 Peter 4:16) long after Jesus left this earth. To accept the words of pagans as having any value or association with divinity,Jesus or God is contrary to the teachings of all Prophets
